Really helpful and prompt response to a battery issue. Wasn't sure if I needed a flatbed recovery but a power pack solved the issue.

Owner's reply
Thank you, P E! We're glad our solution with the power pack resolved your battery issue promptly. Your feedback helps highlight effective solutions for similar problems.

Great Service! Very accommodating. I was lucky a driver was 20.mins away. He had a fixed trailer body which was a small bit of hassle with the low bumper on my car (i40) so be sure to mention that to them.

Owner's reply
Thank you for the detailed feedback, William! We are glad you found our service accommodating. We'll share your note regarding the trailer for improved clarity and convenience in future bookings. Your observations are much appreciated!
